$25.00 for the CA DOJ Background Check PLUS $35.00 for the FFL Transfer
$30.00 for the Firearm Safety testing & Certificate
We are licensed by ATF as an FFL 01 Dealer in Firearms / 03 Collector of Curio and Relics; licensed by California DOJ as a California Firearms Dealer; and licensed by The City of Clovis Police Department as a Clovis Firearms Dealer.
We are also certified by California DOJ as Handgun & Firearm Safety Instructors, which allows us to test and issue Handgun Safety Certificates (BEFORE xxxx) that was required for buyers to register a handgun; and beginning in xxxx to test and write Firearm Safety Certificates that is currently required for buyers to register a handgun or long gun. NOTE: Handgun Safety Certificates may only be used to register a handgun after xxxx, until the Handgun Safety Certificate expires. Beginning in xxxx, however, long guns may only be registered using a Firearms Safety Certificate, unless buyer is exempted with a current CCW permit, Hunting License, Military/Law Enforcement Identification, etc.
